FAQ

Before you sign up.

Do I need my own machines?

Yes. Elio runs on Windows VMs you rent or own — the panel manages them, it doesn't host them. Each VM needs a public IP and the Elio installer.

Why is sign-up invite only?

Seats on the platform are limited so every farm gets the capacity it paid for. You need an invite code to register; ask for one in our Discord.

How do payments work?

You top up your Elio wallet with crypto and buy a plan from it. Standard renews every 30 days from the wallet if you leave auto-renew on; Lifetime is paid once.

How many bots can I run?

As many as your machines can carry — bots are unlimited on both plans. The plan limits VMs: 10 on Standard, no limit on Lifetime.
