Terms of Service

Elio (“we”) operates this control panel as a paid hosted service. By creating an account and using the panel you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Registration is by invite code. One account per customer.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API Key safe. Anything done with your API Key counts as done by you.
• We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, fraud, or attempts to attack the panel or reach other customers' data.

Subscription and billing

• Prices are in USD and shown in the panel. The Standard plan is billed per 30-day period and includes the machine slots listed on it; extra machine slots are billed monthly on top.
• You top up a prepaid wallet, and subscriptions are charged from that balance. With auto-renew on, the next period is charged automatically when the balance covers it.
• When a subscription lapses, farming stops and the panel locks to billing pages until you renew. Your machines and bots are not deleted.
• Payments are final. Paid periods are not refunded, and the wallet balance can be spent inside the service only — it cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• We may change prices or these terms. Changes apply from your next billing period.

How you use it

• The Steam accounts and VMs you connect are yours. You decide what runs on them.
• You must comply with the rules of any third-party platform you automate, including Steam and CS2. Automation may breach those rules.
• Automated farming can get accounts banned. We do not guarantee against bans, and we do not compensate for banned accounts, lost items, drops or XP.
• Do not use the panel to attack third parties, distribute malware, or process accounts that are not yours to operate.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages (Steam, hosting, network) and updates can interrupt farming. There is no uptime guarantee, and downtime does not extend a billing period unless we say so.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before it arose. We are not liable for bans, lost accounts, lost items or lost profit.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time; the current period simply runs out. We can end service for the reasons listed under “Your account”, and in that case unused paid time is not refunded.

These terms cover the hosted service at elio.farm. If you need an arrangement in writing beyond them, contact us before subscribing.
